The New Year has continued in the same cold way that the last one ended. Goodbye "noughties" and hello "teenies"!
I wish I could have joined my kids on the Springfree this morning but unfortunately it was time to come back to work after a lovely long break. It's interesting how they use the trampoline for all sorts of games. This morning saw them using their new skipping rope and practising various skipping routines.
Don't forget that bouncing on the trampoline is also a great way to loose those extra pounds you put on over the festive season! It is much more effective than going for a run and I do find that as I get older the joints don't appreciate road running as much as they used to.
